ES had been practicing for her singing competition for the past few weeks. She was a bit nervous as she is not used to sing in front of a crowd, although she likes singing. Finally, she got second prize in the competition. Daddy and mummy brought her for breakfast in town. She was enjoying reading her book while waiting for food.
Every Chinese New Year eve, Mummy will put 壓歲錢( ang pau) under the girls' pillow.
During Chinese New Year, gong gong and popo will give ang pau to their children and grandchildren. And all of us will queue up and wishing them a blessed new year. And this year, the three girls were well trained with greeting everybody with "Gong Xi Fa Chai" 恭 喜 發 財 ( wishing you prosperity) " Wan Shi Ru Yi" 萬 事 如 意 ( May all your wishes come true) and Shen Ti Jian Kang ( stay healthy ).

On the first day of Chinese New Year, we had vegetarian dishes.

Attended ES's graduation at Bayview Hotel on the 16 Nov 2013. The graduation was jointly organized with another branch. The ceremony started by certificate presentation by Teacher Leena, the headmistress.
Presenting their first dance
Next, pom pom dance....
They sang " xiang xin zhi ji" ( a mandarin song which means believe in ourselves ) at the end and parents were requested to be on the stage to sing with them.
Congratulations to our dear ES...... Time flies, she is officially graduated from kindergarten!
We went for a movie with the girls on Friday night. They went for " Frozen " this time and they like it very much. They behaved very well, even the twins enjoyed it. No more asking for going back early before the movie ends. Think they had grown up and we should have more movie days for the whole family, haha!
