Celebrating year 2009...

We had BBQ at home on 31st Dec 2008, celebrating the coming of year 2009!

Merry Christmas 2008!

See, We had put all christmas present together in front of snowman. ES was busy checking what she has for christmas!



Daddy bought ES a kitchen set as cheistmas present.



We went to church on Christmas day. ES saw Santa Claus there also, but she didn't want to get near, afraid of santa claus.






At night, we went to Ah cho's house for dinnner.

Langkawi_day 2

Mummy woke up at 6 am. Everybody was still sleeping, while Mummy is waiting for the sun rise. From the hotel room, there is a nice view & can see the sun rise from here too.

Wow, there's a star cruise stopped by next to the hotel!

Here we are at the Langkawi Cable car. However, the quee is too long. We decided not to take a ride as we'll be leaving today, need to catch the last ferry by 7pm. We just have a walk in the Oriental Village.




We passed by a place near the Kastam which have a nice scene, with all the yachts stopped by there while on the way back to Undrwater World.




The last destination was Underwater World. as promised to Ee Shuen, we will bring her here to see penguin. She was talking about it for the whole day.



Of course, we celebrated Su Yan auntie's birthday at the jetty, While waiting for our ferry.

Langkawi_Day 1

Arrived at Langkawi Jetty, with Gong gong, Popo, Su Wei auntie, Su Yan auntie & Mummy. Will be perfect if Daddy and Su Xuan auntie can join us...




After checked in, Ee Shuen wanted to follow Gong gong to swimming pool.

After dinner, we had a walk in front of the hotel. We can see some yacht parking in front.

Its begining to feel like Christmas!!

Christmas decor is all over shopping malls, starting with Giant on top left and Queensbay mall


ES watched a bunch of kids performing keyboards at queensbay mall, and before they start, the crowd would clap and the children would bow. Now when ever we clap and ask ES what would kor kor and che che do, she would bow.... :)

During our last trip back to Ipoh, Daddy bought back a show by Barney on Christmas.
Daddy thought of preparing Ee Shuen for the coming Christmas. ES likes to watch this. She even know how to sing part of the song for " Jingle bell".

Things that she can remember from the show are Santa Claus, Snowman, Baby Jesus, Christmas tree, presents...

We had a snowman at home. However, didn't have the time to put it up. Yesterday, we decided to give ES a suprise. Ah Ma took Ee Shuen for a walk after dinner. Daddy & Mummy take out the snowman and on the light.

ES was so happy to see the snowman when she back from a walk.

Dinner at home

We have been trying to have dinner at home during weekends (just a side note, lunch is always at home during weekends), for a few reason, we think it is heathier and we wanted to save some money.

start off with some chopped garlics


throw in some parsley and 3 tomatoes


chopped up some pumpkins


some lean minced pork


main dish as spagheti


Do some cookings with organic olive oil and hey presto... a healthy spagheti meal plus soy milk.... for two + one baby

Of course all this cookings need special help from a special person.... by behaving very well
