Half day tour in Penang - Batu Ferrenghi

As there are few days holiday during Hari Raya, we decided to bring Ee Shuen to Penang Butterfly Farm - the world's 1st tropical live butterfly and insect sanctuary.
We go through the road from Balik Pulau to Batu Ferrenghi. It'a just like the old road of driving up to Cameron Highlands from Tapah, winding and narrow. Along the road, we passed by Teluk Bahang Dam. Ee Shuen seems like doesn't like the winding road and the dam. She wanted to go home...



Ee Shuen likes to say this ( taught in nursery ):

In the farm, all butterflies are so well tamed that they can be parreciated up close and personal. They do not shy away just because you wish to take a photograph of them. There is some uniqe insects, invertebrates and other miniature life forms which we might not seen before such as leaf insects.











After visiting Butterfly Farm, we had our dinner at Mario's. We strongly agreed this is one of the best western food restaurant in Penang.


19th Sept is the 1st day of Hard Rock Hotel operate in Penang, Malaysia. We just dropped by and have a look. Not really impressive as what I thought...

30 weeks pregnant

Went to see gynae again last saturday. Weight for twin 1 & twin 2 are 1342g & 1582g respectively. Dr commented the weight difference is not too much, still alright.
Twin 1 is still in a breaching position, so have to wait and see if need to go for C-section or natural birth.
Mummy start to have difficulty in walking fast, as my pace last time. And need to stick to one position during sleeping time. So far, starting to have edema, as starts to feel difficult to wear the wedding ring and watch.

Gingerbread Man

We had misplaced our library cards for a few weeks. Last Saturday, Mummy managed to find it in one of the drawers. ES was so excited and wanted to borrow story books from the library. She got a book, entitled " The Gingerbread Man " this trip.

After she came home, she showed Ah Ma. Ah Ma decided to bake the " Gingerbread Man " on Tuesday.

Look! Here comes the Gingerbread Man!


Looks exactly the same ya!

May I be excused?

Since ES went to nursey, she learns new things...
This time, before she went to her pot for wee wee, she asked mummy, " May i be excused? "
Haha, excused her for going to toilet!

Merdeka Day

What ES did on the 52nd Merdeka Day?


Excited of going to take a ferry!!!



However, the feeling was totally changed when we are in the ferry! She doesn't really enjoy it and wanted to go home?!
We took the ferry from Penang island to Butterworth and back...



Dim Sum after that at an old dim sum shop near Penang street...



And finally, baking egg tart with Mum at home...
