We are 18 months old

They went for vaccination today, for their 18 months compulsory vaccination.
(1) they still wake up for twice during night time for milk

(2) they will drink apple juice and eat bread every morning.

(3) they are learning to go diapers-free during daytime. 'ng, ng...' is how they expressed out when they wanted
to wee wee or pass motion.

(4) take porridge for twice per day, morning and evening.

(5) LS knows more vocabulary, eg: ah ma, gong gong, po po, ma, papa, Jie Jie, bu yao, Yao ( want ), mam mam, cat, dog. Whereas MS will
tend to call everybody ah ma... MS knows how to say papa, po, cat, duck, yao.

(6) sometimes they will fight, till biting each other... Before that, LS is more fierce than MS, tried to bite MS when they fight, and MS is afraid
of her....
But now, MS is more fierce... She will bite LS and sometimes when mummy separate them when they start fighting,
MS try to bite LS and without realizing, she bites mummy!

(7) they likes to play Choo Choo train...following mummy from behind, and pretend to be the train

(8) they like to play mask masak, especially cutting the vegetables.

(9) they like to go for a walk on their stroller

(10) they still need their pillow when they are sleeping.

(11) they sleep early, about 7 something to 8pm, and wake up early also! Sometimes as early as 5 something in the morning!

(12) they will scream loudly wen they saw cat, dog, and even fountain or waterfall!

This way, not subway

We made our own burger for breakfast.... ES loves it very much...

Daddy's Kawasaki ER6F

Daddy had sold off his proton iswara last end year. He had decided to buy a bike, as it is more convenient during traffic jam, and of course he had been looking forward for sometimes to have a bike again!

Sometimes, after MSLS slept, ES, mummy and daddy will take a ride near our residential area...It's fun as ES always asked daddy to Go faster!!

After 6 months with his awesome bike, he had decided to sell off to another bike lover. Don't worry, Harley D will be coming soon!

ESMSLS

Whenever they are taking photo at home, they will sit on the staircase and prepare for their photo session.
( ES at 4 years old and 3 months, MSLS at 18 months )

No more present...

Sometimes she tends to ask for present when she did something good.

Last few days, she asked again," Mummy, can you buy me a present?"

Mummy: Remember what I told you, Mummy will not be working soon, no money to buy present. Do you still want to buy present?

ES: Yup, I remembered that. Mummy will fetch me to and from school. Never mind, I do not want present anymore.

Trip to Kuala Lumpur

We went to KL on the 1st Sunday of April, as we need to settle some important stuff. During the journey to KL, noticed ES's having slight fever. Had an unforgetable experience for LS, therefore, always bringing medication & thermometer along during we travel now.

We reached hotel after lunch and had a rest before we proceed to the aquarium. Daddy promised to bring ES to see " big fishes" and shark! Luckily, she was alright after taking medication.

the three little angels were busy checking the service apartment...

ES taking a nap!

MSLS are trying to call gong gong & popo.

Finally, we are at the aquarium near KLCC

Walking towards KLCC, from Aquarium....

MS is always amazed by fountains...

After a long day, we are tired....

Mummy's dress

Can you belief it? ES is wearing a dress where mummy was wearing during her age...
Haha, Popo likes to keep stuff which still can be used, including this...

Garlic bread

We went to KL last Sunday. Before the trip, Mummy made few types of bread. Just to prepare in case the three little girls will be getting hungry in the car as it will be a long journey.

On Saturday, mummy had prepared something new - garlic bread. Got the recipe from happy home baking.

Ingredients
(makes 6 buns)

150g bread flour
50g cake flour
15g caster sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant yeast
130g milk
15g unsalted butter

filling:
30g butter, soften room temperature
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped)
1 tsp dried parsley

Method:

1. Place all ingredients except the butter in the pan of the bread machine (according to the sequence as stated in the instruction manual of your bread machine). Select the Dough function of the bread machine and press start. After about 8mins of kneading (the ingredients should form a smooth dough by now), add in the 15g of butter. Let the machine continue to knead the dough. After the kneading cycle has stopped (20mins), Stop and Restart the machine. Continue to let the machine knead for another 10mins.
2. Stop the machine and remove dough from the bread pan. Shape the dough into a smooth round and place in a mixing bowl, cover with cling wrap and let it rise till double in volume for about 80mins.
3. Remove dough and give a few light kneading on a lightly floured work surface. Press out the trapped air as your knead. Divide into 6 equal portions and shape into balls. Cover with cling wrap, let the doughs rest for 15mins.
Flatten each dough into a round disc. Roll up Swiss roll style and pinch the seams in place. Roll the dough on work surface to shape it into a longish oval shape or torpedo shape.
4. Place doughs seams side down on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper. Loosely cover with a damp cloth or cling wrap and let dough proof for 30mins.
Prepare filling by mixing butter, garlic and parsley to form a smooth paste.
Brush each dough with egg wash. With a sharp knife, make a slit lengthwise on each dough. Pipe fillings on each slit.
5. Bake at preheated oven at 180 degC for about 12-15 mins. Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack

Besides this, we also have our usual raisin loaf ( this is specially made for MSLS ) and banana cheese bread ( requested by Daddy ).

Was surprised that we finished up the 11 garlic breads within 2 days, the whole banana cheese bread & 2/3 of the raisin bread.

Will definitely keep this recipe in the list as it is easy to make and something different ( as I only have limited time, to juggle with the 3 little girls and yet find some precious time in preparing bread for them )
