Tasted the balsamic vinaigrette in one of the restaurants in Penang, and always wanted to try to make it at home. Finally, I have the time now and managed to find one bottle of organic balsamic vinegar from Fred Myer. I mixed the sauce into the above vegetables. Like the taste very much...
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Honet mustard
3 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Method:
In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, and garlic. Add the oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

I also tried once in a restaurant in Ipoh and have fell in love with it....now I only use this for salad dressing!!!
